Take a look at dresses online at Penney's! They have some great sale and clearance prices on dresses. I am headed to the mall tomorrow. Hoping the same deals are in the stores. :D

Just be careful on quality. JCP used to have good mid-level quality clothing. Over the past couple of years they seem to have dropped to Wal-Mart quality in many cases. It's sad, they used to be a good place to shop, not so much these days in my opinion. :(

I have also found that Penneys quality is not as good as before. I am more of a Macys/Talbots/Dillards lady but I have bought several dresses from Penneys recently for cruising and I am assuming because they are only worn a few times, the quality hasnt been an issue. I went to Penneys yesterday. I got a nice cocktail navy blue dress for $29.99. The two black ones I had seen online that i really wanted were not in the store. Online seems to have a much larger selection.
