Has anyone tried the "specialty" dining in the Galaxy on either divina or preziosa?

On our upcoming sailing, without reading about any reviews of it, We took a chance on the Menu Saturno for $50 per person. Sounds like an incredible experience, especially with a different wine with each course. It's our first sailing with MSC and we are looking forward to trying this out. It sounds a little like "The Chef's Table" experience on Carnival. We'll see soon enough. I hope someone chimes in and writes about their experience.
