Valentine's Day!

Have cruised before in Feb but Valentine's Day never fell during one of them! We are on Azura this year on Valentine's Day and just out of curiosity wondered if they did anything special at all - has anyone else been onboard at this time? From the dress code list it states it is a Tropical Night - so doesnt seem to any related theme as such!

We were on Azura last year on 14th Feb it was the split cruise 7 days to Barbados so I checked the Horizons for you they had the following

Valentine Pub Quiz at Brodies 10.30 pm

Valentines Day Dance Malabar 9.30pm

 

no dress code that evening as half the ship had just got on board that Thursday

so dress code casual, plus we had a lovely towel design on bed of two swans

with rose petals, nice touch. Hopefully that will give you a taste of some things to expect. :)

I think they will prepare some sort of party. I was during Valentine's Day in Independence of the Seas and the party was wonderful.

We will be on Ventura on 14 February in Barbados....... gosh ITS EXCITING EVEN TO TYPE THAT!!

We will be on land this Valentine's day. A short break in Spain (Costa del Sol) in a nice village with several tapas bars. We can always pretend we are on Ventura, in Ramblas (pre-refit)!
