Caribe Hilton - Just Back - Resort Charge and Cab

We are just back from the Summit from San Juan. We stayed one day pre-cruise at the Caribe Hilton (bid on through Priceline) and I wanted to confirm with everyone that you do pay a 18% resort charge on the amount you paid through Priceline (18% on the room subtotal, not the total including taxes) and you pay and "mtax" on the tax (about 9%).

 

The cab from the airport to the hotel was $19 plus bags for a total of $23 (we had two big bags and two back packs and it shows two $2 charges, so I'm not sure if that is $2 for each of the big bags for $1 for each bag).

 

I really liked the Caribe Hilton, nice hotel. The open air lobby is nice. We really enjoyed the Pina Colada Club, the food and drinks were great. The pool and beach area is nice. The little cove was nice and protected. It was a really rough day we were there and there were tons of little kids playing in the calm water of the cove.
