Not sure of the question - but if going from port to hotel, yes. They will go wherever you want them to go.

We normally stay out by the airport (North side) and taxi is about $25 without tip.

Just off the SUN this morning and the cab ride to MIA Airport from Port of Miami was $25 (flat rate).

Several years ago, it was posted in the taxi, flat rate is only between Ports, as MIA to POM or reverse, if you go to a hotel, flat rate does not figure in. May have changed but it was clearly posted in taxi a few yrs ago. Hope this helps not confuses.

the flat rate from the airport also applied to my downtown hotel. It was MIA to downtown flat rate, whether it was the port or a hotel. I don't remember what we paid the other direction, but probably the same ($24 at the time, not including tip)
