Yep, unless you have a drink package. When we do not have the drink package we would sometimes have breakfast in Blu and then walk a few feet over to the Tuscan Grill where they had the Elite breakfast where we would get our cappuccino and Bloody Mary.

Nope, not at the Elite breakfast (this is a continental breakfast). During breakfast time most drinks such as Espresso, cappuccino, lattes, smoothies, bloody marys, champagne, mimosas, and Bellini's are free. Of course you must be Elite (or above) to get into these breakfasts. As it is a continental breakfast there are no hot dishes (such as eggs) but they do have a nice assortment of pastries, lox and tiny bagels, fruit, etc. This Elite breakfast is usually from 8-10.

Yes, if you do not have a package there IS a charge...smoothies are free in Blu (breakfast)
