I had just paid final payment 3 days later the price dropped $200 pp well didn't get any money back but got moved from and inside cabin to an ocean view would've rather had the money back or OBC but hey I'll take what I can get!

If RCCL's final payment due date is not here yet, and you have already paid in full, then yes you will get your full payment back. Talking US here.

 

This is us as well. Royal Caribbean agreed to refund the difference. Now the question is: how long does it take to get the check?

Check??? If you paid by CC it will go as a refund to your card, though it may take several days..
