Guest maddycat Posted February 9, 2014 #26 Share Posted February 9, 2014 We buy our travel insurance through the Trip Insurance Store. I usually call and speak to one of their agents. You'll find their phone # on their website. Their agents are very knowledgeable and helpful. Lately we have been buying Travel Safe Insurance. http://www.tripinsurancestore.com/index.shtml
SPacificbound Posted February 9, 2014 #27 Share Posted February 9, 2014 CSA Custom Luxe is what I buy, I think it is quite reasonable. :) http://www.csatravelprotection.com/comparepolicy.do http://www.travelinsurancereview.net/companies/csa/custom-luxe/
buggins0402 Posted February 9, 2014 #28 Share Posted February 9, 2014 We just got a Chase United Explorer credit card which has trip cancellation insurance included in benefits and no foreign transaction fees. Will dovetail this coverage with a GeoBlue health policy (under $115 for the two of us for single trip). Once we are traveling more than twice a year we will get the annual foreign health plan - it was $345 as I recall.
