Fishing in Belize or Roatan from Legend March 2 depart

We are looking to do some fishing during this cruise from Tampa. we would like to fish in Belize or Roatan. Please help us out with guide recommendations and reviews.

Not sure about Belize City. I know there are full day charters out of San Pedro, but run around $500-600 for a boat and a guide. But again that's 8-10 hours not just 4-6 which is what you most easily have time for.
