About what time to they start boarding? She is taking a shuttle to the pier and does not want to get there too early.

When we went in 2011, we got there about 11:15-11:30 and were on board by 12

Usually around 11:00 am. assuming there were no delays when it returned to the port (sometimes fog causes a delay). We sailed a few years ago and got there about 12:30 p.m. There was a line but it moved quickly.

Keep in mind that they will not let people into the port area until after 10:30 am. if the ship is late arriving, then the opening is delayed. If she takes a motel shuttle, she should be OK if arriving after 11 am.

Jax does not get in any big hurry I can tell you that.....hopefully she is at least in the terminal by now or close.
