We will be in Montego Bay on a Carnival ship. Our family of 7 would like to do the tubing and blue hole excursion. Does anyone know of a good tour company? How far do we have to travel from Montego Bay to this excursion?

Ship tours do not go to Secret Falls, only private companies.

How long is your ship in port? You are at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours from the Blue Hole. Contact Liberty Tours via email and ask if you will have time to do both.

It was the highlight of our cruise, Secret Falls is an experience of a lifetime!

Yes, that's a pretty good long drive from Montego Bay. If you get stuck in traffic in town....you'll be pushing 4 hours in transportation alone. How long are you in port?

Hi, I had received a good tip from other posters on this. Not sure about the time factor or where you coming in from, but Mark Morris tours is suppose to be really good and reputable.

It is approx. a 90-minute trek from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. During our land vacation in Jamaica, we booked Dunns River, River Tubing and the Blue Hole excursion with Peat Taylor Tours. We were very pleased with the service we received from this tour operator. Considering Peat Taylor Tours does offer river tubing and the blue hole excursion for cruise ship passengers arriving in Montego Bay, this excursion would be possible, even with the driving distance. We were given 1 1/2 hours to spend at each site, and factoring the driving time, you are likely looking at a good 6 hour length excursion.

Very much interested in this tour, but thinking it may be a little tight with the time. We get into Montego Bay at 8am and depart at 4pm. Anyone on the boards care to share their experience?
