Sea Island Adventure o Blackbeards Stingrays?

I'm deciding between these two for an excursion with my 6 year old daughter.reviews of Blackbeards are mixed, didn't find much when searching fro Sea Island Adventure, which I think goes to Rose Island.

 

Any thoughts from those who have don eeither of these?

I went to Blackbeard's Cay on an excursion in March and it's a nice little island where you can also rent jet skis (additional) and there weren't too many people there. I didn't do the sting ray excursion but I'm actually going to do it on July 26th.

I will be going to Nassau next month. I have heard some pretty positive things about Blackbeard's Cay. Am thinking about doing the stingray thing also. Please let us know how it was.

Swimming with the sting rays at Blackbeard's Cay was a great experience. We also had a chance to feed them. The water was really warm as well.

Thanks for the info BJ. We are really looking forward to this trip. Only 3 more weeks.........
