I've seen this question asked several times recently and the answer has been "yes". For an idea of what else is included, have a look at the link below. If you see something appealing which is above $8 (or beer above $6), you can upgrade your package for $11.50 per day.

Yep...I drank quite a few of them on my Reflection cruise in December. They were yummy! Had the Classic package. ENJOY!

Thanks everyone. This will make her happy. Are you allowed to order a glass of wine in the dining room with the classic package? Probably won't upgrade. Seems there is plenty for my tastes.

You pay the entire amount if it is not included in the Classic package. You can upgrade onboard or call Celebrity in advance. $11.50 per day including gratuity.

If you look at the bar menu posted and like wine, some of the formerly $8 wines are now $8.50 and not included on the classic package as we discovered last November. Still found enough to drink :)

So what happens if you purchased the Premium package, and want to try a drink higher than the $11 included drinks. For example, at the Molecular Bar, the drinks are $12. Do we just pay the difference then, or do we need to pay the full price?

You are allowed drinks up to $12. The amount quoted is the daily cost to upgrade to premium plan. You can upgrade at almost anytime on the ship as well as before you sail.

 

You will be charged for any cost over the allotted amount of a drink on premium package.

Premium package covers drinks up to $13 so drinks at the Molecular and Martini bars are included. If you want something more than $13 you are charged only the difference. This is only true for the Premium - if you have a Classic package and go over the limits ($8 for wine/cocktails, $6 for beer) you will be charged the full amount of the drink.
