anyone else worried?

due to fly out next week from Manchester for our cruise and im worried that with the horrendous weather we are having now, that flights may be cancelled? Praying the storms just go away!!

I would worry the day before....planes still take off and fly even in bad weather. Manchester is quiet compared to down south at the mo

Weather forecast much more settled for this week, saying that I was also worried last week as I am not a good flier at the best of times.

I'd be more worried about sailing out of the UK for the cruise - an aircraft can route round (or even over) bad weather - no don't worry, just have a good holiday!

If you are on the P & O charter flight you will be OK. Unlike scheduled flights charter flights cannot be cancelled, if there is any sort of problem they will just depart late and the ship will wait for you and the other 300 people on your flight. Don't forget P & O have 300+ people waiting to go home on the aircraft that brings you to the Caribbean.
