The 2 areas you have noted here are going to be on the high sise. You don't say a price point.There are many places to rent and as the other poster note try VRBO and check out the Citidines as they have apts all over generally for shorter stays.Also note that most apts do NOT have elevators just in case this is amust have for you.To bad the search function does not work as there is a lot of info on this board.Also, try Venere.com...it is mainly hotels done by area and price,but they may have apts as well.

After our Western Mediterranean cruise this coming June, my sisters and I will be visiting PARIS for 7 nights and we have rented a one-bedroom apartment in the MARAIS district.

 

The rental is through parisnicehome.com and PASCAL is the terrific rental agent.

 

Through his website, you can see the other rentals that are available in other districts in PARIS.

Try http://www.adrianleeds.com. Four of us have rented an apartment for a week in the Marais district in early June. It is very close to Notre Dame and the Louvre.

 

It is really a good deal compared to hotel prices. Our apartment is Le Dome de Saint-Paul. You can google it. It was featured on House Hunters International.
