CB Princess - ship vs shore time?

The search function does not appear to work so sorry if this has been answered before.

 

I'm on the CB western Caribbean itn in August and trying to make non Princess shore excursions. Does the ship arrival and departure times stay EST or change to match the port time (OCJ, GCM, and CZM)?

Ships time will adjust to match the port.;)

They'll keep you well informed once onboard with little notes on your pillow at turndown.

Sharon is correct, i.e., Princess ships adjust to local time. Any time change along with the time you're expected back on the ship will be in the Princess Patter the evening before.
