Anyone used Hertz downtown Miami pre-cruise?

I've found some older posts on this but wondering if anyone recently has used Hertz downtown Miami? We are picking up car at MIA and dropping it off at downtown location (right around corner from our hotel), then catching the shuttle to POM.

Would like info on how the lines are to drop off keys, how long the wait is for a van or any other helpful advice so we can plan our morning accordingly. THANKS in advance.

FYI. If you are sailing on Sunday, the shuttle does not operate.
