There is no regularity for the scheduling of the Chef's Table on NCL. You can't be sure of exactly what day it will be until you board the ship and consult the restaurant reservations desk.

It was Thursday night on last week's cruise. Not sure if this is the same each week. We booked it the first day we boarded. I don't know when it sold out but it was full. Very enjoyable!!!!!

Thanks so much! I am booking my specialty dinners today and wanted to avoid the day that the Chef's Table occurs. We have our fingers crossed that we get lucky and get to book it. It looks amazing!
