judyzoo Posted February 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I don't want to do laundry; just hoping that I can pop in and press out some wrinkles, without sending any clothes out to be pressed.
Rare Cruisergal1208 Posted February 17, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 17, 2014 No they do not. The laundry service cost is very reasonable.
Skipper Tim Posted February 17, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2014 No, no MSC ship has self-service laundry facilities for guest use. May I suggest: 1) Non-iron garments; 2) linen, which looks great all crumpled; or 3) a lightweight travel iron to be hidden from the view of your cabin attendant. MSC's laundry packages are great value too and cheaper than paying return hold baggage charges. Tim.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think the travel iron would not be allowed on board, and shouldn't be smuggled on either -- fire hazard.
Rare Cruisergal1208 Posted February 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Judy, have you ever tried Downy Wrinkle Remover? It is a spray and works fairly well as does hanging clothes in the bathroom with hot shower running.
resstation Posted February 18, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2014 I also recommend the Downy Wrinkle Remover. It comes in travel size as well. Works great. I usually spray the clothes the night before and they are dry and wrinkle free in the morning. Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app

I've been meaning to try Downy; maybe I can get some before I leave for my next cruise in a few days. Sounds like the best way to handle little touch ups.
