Realistic time to schedule excursion

We will be arriving to Grand Cayman on March 11, 9:00-4:30. When booking Captain Marvin's the rep said that the Victory will be on EST which is one hour ahead of GC. So, we booked the 10:00 a.m. 3 stop snorkel. When checking current times in GC and EST today it appears that we are on the same time until Daylight Savings time. So...is a 10:00 excursion unrealistic? We can do the 11:30 excursion if we need to. Thank you for your help, Cherie

Daylight savings starts here in the U.S. on March 9th, so after that date we will be one hour ahead of Grand Cayman time (they do not observe daylight savings), so you should be okay.
