Conch Train or Trolley

I know it has been tossed around, but has anyone done both and which did you like better? I understand you can get off Trolley but not Conch Train. Do we ride Conch and then after learning go walking on our own? Do we ride Trolley and just get off on own? Is there someone on Trolley telling us what we need to know? We are one of the short stays, I think it is only 7 am till 3 pm. We will be going in October. Just hubby and me. What do you think?
