Best Local Restaurant in San Juan Puerto Rico?

I am looking to eat lunch on the island when we dock at San Juan Puerto Rico. Is there an authentic spanish restaurant at port or near by that serves a good Paella or Arroz Con Pollo?

Thanks.

We really enjoyed Cafe Puerto Rico in January during our stay in OSJ.

There are several restaurants that feature local cuisine near the port. Barrachina is very popular with cruisers and prices are very reasonable. Lots of locals who work at OSJ go there for lunch as well as the mentioned Café Manolín. Raices is another good local fare and it's just two blocks from the pier. If walking around OSJ you'll find smaller restaurants with all kinds of food, including local. There's rarely a bad place in OSJ for local food.

Since the search feature is down. What are some good local foods to try? What are the names and what is in them? What is Puerto Rico known for culinary wise?

Mofongo, panadillas, tostones, arroz con pollo, bacalaitos, roast pig, pastellas.
