New Menu -kids

I've seen plenty of posts on the new menu, but haven't seen anything about changes to the children's menu. Anyone with experience?

I took a picture of one of the children's menus on our recent Inspiration cruise. Don't know how/if it's different than before as it was our first Carnival cruise. But we had the American Table menu.

I posted the NEW Kids Menu a while back when the American Table dining came out and no one seemed to care:D:)

They have it on the adult menu 3 of the 7 nights...:)

And it may be available other nights as well. My SO ordered mashed potatoes every night even tho' it wasn't listed.

 

We love getting banana splits most nights off of the children's menu.

 

The first week of our B2B (1/18/14) we had a normal children's banana split with 1/2 a banana & 3 small scoops of ice cream (choc.,strawberry, & vanilla). The 2nd week (1/25/14) we got one with 1/4 banana cut in 1/2 & large scoop of neopolitan! The MDR hostess was at our table when it was delivered and she had our headwaiter request the same size as we'd had the week before.

 

We are prepared that next year on our B2B, we'll be stuck with the smaller version.

 

The one with candles was obviously for my birthday.

The reason for the change in banana splits from 1st cruise to 2nd cruise was they came out with new children's menus the 2nd week we were on the ship.

 

In the galley, the banana split photo that shows "how to make the banana split" changed.

Man that second banana split is just sad looking. I'm looking forward to a banana split on the Dream in April.

Woo Hoo they still have my banana splits. I have at least 2 or 3 on every cruise.

 

Have never had one that looked like that second one before. YUCK Mine have always had the 3 flavors of ice cream, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce and whipped cream on top. YUMMY

We were recently on a 3-Nght cruise on Inspiration with the new menus. I scanned them all in for each night, and the kids menu did change slightly each evening. Here is a link to the google drive where I stored the scans.
