Dining Packages on the Solstice

Can someone advise how much these specialty dining packages are and if they are worth buying beforehand or is it better to wait till boarding. We have not sailed on Celebrity before so not sure of the procedure or offerings. We love Luke Mangan's Salt restaurant on P&O Aus.... worth every cent of the cover charge. Also does the Solstice offer a Chef's Table? I think on P&O they are now around $95 which includes a degustation meal with wines included plus a host of other things and is fantastic... usually one table limited to 14 people and set up in it's own special area in the MDR. Any hints or tips greatly appreciated. Thank you.
