Is it possible to visit the Chagall Museum from a port stop in Villefranche?

If anyone has gone to the museum, please provide any details and information.

Of course you can visit the Chagall Museum. You simply need to get yourself to Nice and find your way to the museum. It can be done by public transit (you would have to change buses in Nice). Or, you might prefer to just take the train or the #100 bus to Nice and then grab a taxi to the museum (unless you like a long hike). If you want specific info you can just Google the Museum's name (they even have their own web site).

We've been to the museum. Spent a little over an hour there - it isn't huge. We liked it, even though we are not huge Chagall fans,

 

We were staying in Nice - so we took the bus. If you google for Nice bus routes you'll find a couple buses that will get you there.

 

If you try and walk it from train station - it would be an uphill walk for the last bit if I recall correctly. Matisse museum is just a bit further up the road.
