port days dinner question

Counting down to our first cruse on RCI's Rhapsody, to Alaska with stops in Juneau, Skagway, and Victoria.

One thing I've been wondering about is where most people eat dinner on port days. We'll be in port over dinner time each stop - is the thing to do to come back on the ship for the regular seating? Or is it more common to eat in town?

Can't seem to find any info on this - thanks if you have ideas or suggestions! Oh, and also suggestions for where to eat in those ports, if that's the deal.

Juneau - Tracy's Crab Shack. Literally a shack (more like a food truck - with picnic tables under some tarps) next to the library/parking garage, and right at the pier downtown. BEST. CRABLEGS. EVER. Google it to see the size of those badboys. Pricey? you bet! But worth every scrumptious penny spent! BTW - their crab bisque doesn't suck either;).

Ketchikan - Burger Queen, Jim's Cafe , Ocean View and Annabelle’s

Juneau - Tracy's Crab Shack

Icy Straights - ?

Vancouver – Joes Fortes Seafood and chop house, Cardero’s, Oru, Cactus club café, Blue water and Bishop’s

All these have been suggested to me so far.

Anyone have others to add?
