Sorry, but what's a sails website? Are you talking about travel agencies? Some people book directly with the cruise line, some book via an online agency and others book with a local travel agent. I don't think one is easier than the other, so just do what's best for you. But, if you find a good agent, they may provide you with perks that you probably won't get if you book directly with the cruise line.
