Divina - Pay Restaurants vs. Included Restaurants

...Wife and I are taking a serious look at the Divina for an October sailing. We're having a hard time trying to figure out which restaurants/eating areas are included in the cruise fare and which areas of the ship have an additional charge. We usually enjoy visiting some of the "nominal fee" eateries, but would like to know where they are in advance.

I didn't eat in any of the fee restaurants, so can't comment on the quality of their food. But I must say that I looked at the Eataly Steakhouse menu and found it very limited and uninspired. I never saw anyone eating there. However, they do have a section where you can buy some interesting packaged food items -- pasta, sauces, olive oil, etc. -- to take home.

"Nominal fees"- $60 for a T-bone steak, $7 for a hamburger. After looking at those prices, I had no desire for any of the premium restaurants.
