Dining on the NCL Dream

The best we can say is that the food was “uneven”, sometimes good and other times poor, never great. The Four Seasons dining room always came across as cheap (they had a practice of substituting milk for half-half for coffee). We had a lunch there and got a very cold Chicken Cordon Blue that appeared to be stuffed with a very dry Cheese-Whiz. Tried it 3 times with 2 bad experiences.

We also found the food at the “late night snack bar” was terrible. We had fish & chips one evening that was simply not edible as it was overcooked on the outside and almost raw on the inside.

The only plus we found to the dining was that the wine prices were not excessive and the service staff was excellent.

:(

Hey, its not gourmet every meal..and some things leave you to wonder why:confused: ,example ,they(the sports bar) had everything you would need to make either a taco or taco salad(shredded chesse, shredded lettuce ,jalapeno peppers, taco sauce, gucamole, taco meat ,sliced tomatos)...but had not one flour or corn tortilla in sight??? so whats that about??

The food,in my opinion was good , not great....but each persons taste is different ...don't cancel your trip because of food fears..

We enjoyed the terraces restaurant a great veiw. For breakfast they would make omelets to order by the pool which were great. The main restuarants were generally good to ok. I agree withe the previous poster you could always find something to eat and most of it was good.
