Moderno- cerviche

I saw that the salad bar at Moderno offers cerviche. Does anyone know what type and if it was good?

Depends on the ship. We had it on the Epic, but not on the Dawn. It is delicious, if it is available.

Had it on Gem in fall...very good..I believe it was mixed seafood..

My wife & I were on the Epic about a month ago and hit Moderno twice. Cerviche was available both times and was very good. Mix of shrimp, fish and scallops.

It wasn't a giant serving.

 

On all of our cruises it was self serve on the buffet, so no limits on how much you took. It has been OK for what it is. A mix of seafood, fish, shrimp etc.

It was a mix of seafood on Gem last May. Ate at Modernos twice last week on Jewel, wasn't there either time.

It was OK. It was cooked shrimp, scallops, conch, etc then marinated. Not a true ceviche where the acid from the citrus does the cooking. Tasty enough but don't expect a real ceviche.

FYI - It's ceviche, not cerviche.
