How far in advance can I reserve excursions?

I just paid in full for a cruise in April 2015. I went to look for FTTF and it doesn't give me the option to reserve it, or any other excursion for that matter. When I click to get started with my reservation, it just takes me back to my booking page. Am I trying to reserve FTTF too early? Can I reserve ANY excursions this early? I searched the FAQs and the CC message boards and couldn't find an answer to this...

If the excursions are posted, you can book them whenever. However, there are a lot of cruises that have none posted yet (I'm waiting too) and when speaking with Carnival, will probably not be posted until early April.

If they are there, you can book them. Our B2B cruise is scheduled for Feb, 2015 and as of today, there are only four excursions for the second port on our first week. Nothing for the second week and still no FTTF. I check every day to make sure I don't miss it.
