FAST shareholder OBC response!!

This is my first cruise since becoming a CCL shareholder. I submitted my shareholder OBC request YESTERDAY, and it has already been applied to my account! Woohoo!! 55 days to go!

 

Oh and for those interested, I emailed my information to guestadmin@carnival.com

Our response was very fast, also. I faxed the information one day, and got an email the next day that is was being applied. We are 52 days out. Can't wait.

I faxed mine yesterday morning and 6 minutes later I received the confirmation email and posted to my account. Wow that was fast.

I know this might sound like a dumb question but where can I look to see if mine has been applied yet.

If you log into the carnival website and check your boarding number (cruise info), it will list it on the bottom as an OBC.

I am booked on a Holland America cruise in May, submitted by OBC request, and also received an extremely prompt reply. Much, much quicker than I have ever had before. Even my Travel Agent was surprised at their speed.

Owning 100 shares of Carnival Cruise Line stock (Carnival, Princess, Holland America, and other lines under the CCL umbrella) affords shareholders an on board credit. The amount is based on length of cruise: $50/4 or 5 day, $75/6 day, $100/7-13 days, and $250/14 day or longer cruises. Plus we get $25 dividends four times a year.
