One/Two person internet packages?

On Navigator on Sunday. Curious what unlimited internet package I would need to access via both an iPhone and an iPad? I see references to one/two person packages, but wasn't clear to me what a "person" was in this context?

It's one device / two device. In other words, if you want to use two devices simultaneously, then you need the two device plan. If you will only be using one of your two devices at a time, then you can get by with the one device plan.
