Pre-cruise tour hotel in Anchorage

Will be doing the RCCL cruise tour/cruise in May in Alaska. Flying in the night before we need one night hotel accommodations in Anchorage. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Neighbors who took the land cruise with HAL stayed at the Westmark and they said it was nice.

We are staying at the Hilton Downtown- we heard good reviews.

Not sure about RCCL, but NCL includes the first night of a cruise tour in the package as well as transportation from the airport to the hotel. Might want to see if it's included.

I like the Clarion Suites at 9th & L Street.

If your 1st night of the cruise tour is an over night in Anchorage I would suggest spending the night on your own at that hotel. We did a cruise tour with Celebrity and were at the Marriott.

Downtown: Captain Cooke or Marriott. Great views from the Marriott.

Midtown: Embassy Suites - no water views, but quite nice and very reasonable

RCCL uses Downtown Marriott. Have fun.
