Reservations for Ice Show - IOS?

Are reservations required for the Ice Show on Independence of the Seas? I noticed a reference to that on the board.

No not "required"..we have never had any problem seeing shows on any of the Freedom class ships...Oasis/Allure another story...there reservations are recommended but still not "required".

When I was on the Independence last November, we could pick up tickets for one of the ice shows on the first morning. (Where and when was in the cruise compass.)

 

People with tickets got in first and they took the tickets at the entrance. If the theater was not full maybe 10 minutes before the show started, they let in people without tickets.

 

You will get a better seat if you have ticket.
