Caribbean cruise - market day?

Is there a chef visit to a market on the Caribbean cruises (St Maarten to Barbados or return back up)? Thanks.

We did shopping with the chef a year ago in Barbados. Not my favorite of many shopping with the chefs -- the market was small and some of the fish was suspect. At one point the chef was looking at buying some fish he was assured was fresh and local when we all noticed the box it was being taken from indicated otherwise.
