Resort suggestions for 3-4 days post cruise

I would love some feedback and or recommendations for a nice resort outside of San Juan to spend 3-4 day after our cruise. Thanks in advance.

Puerto Rico is very diverse.

 

It really all depends on what you enjoy doing.

 

Are children traveling with you? That will have a large factor in what and where to go.

 

Most importantly, when are you traveling?

If your looking for an upscale hotel with a great beach you must stay at the LaConcha.

cost is important when considering where to stay. we always stay in Isla Verde at OSJ Towers. It is less expensive than most places in Isla Verde, plus a breakfast buffet is included in the price. there are also other amenities that we like, such as free use of computers, directly on the beach, and restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Thank you for your replies. No kids traveling with us, We will be there at the end of April. We want a nice beach, upscale resort. We will stay in OSJ prior to the cruise, so no need to stay there afterwards. Looked at the Wyndham, but it has no availability the dates we want.

Since you are not traveling with children then I would suggest the W Hotel here on Vieques.

We have stayed at the Marriott Stellaris and loved it...it is right on beach and you can bid for it on Priceline (that's where we won it for about 40% less than retail price). We just won Conrad Condado Plaza Hilton for our stay pre-cruise in Jan and La Concha in Condado for our inbetween nite (doing a B2B with a layover!) on Priceline too. All the resort (4 star) hotels in Condado are really nice and are on the beach.

I would go to Vieques and stay at the W. I'm going in November (splitting my time between the W and the St. Regis Bahia Beach)...

El Conquistador is amazing - check our google images. It is also very convenient to the BioBay - incredible experience - don't miss it.
