Drink of the day / bottomless bubbles questions

Our last Carnival cruise was in 2008 so we're a bit rusty. We'll be on the Liberty May 31 sailing heading to the Western Caribbean for seven days.

First question - Does Carnival still offer a drink of the day? If so, how much does it cost now (in a plain cup, I don't need a souvenir cup, which I don't think they even offer anymore)? The reason I'm asking is I like to go with the DOD to keep my costs down. I've looked at the new Cheers program and while it's tempting, I don't think it is a good deal for us given we plan to spend a lot time off the ship in our four ports.

Second question - Do you get an insulated cup w/ lid when you sign up for the soda program (Bottomless Bubbles)? I really liked that feature when we last cruised because it kept the soda cold and didn't spill if you accidentally knocked it over.

Thanks in advance!

They do offer an insulated cup with the Bottomless Bubbles.

There is an additional cost for this, however.

It is not necessary, but some people love it.
