Swimming in October?

We're sailing to Bermuda 10/23/05. Will it be too cool for swimming in October?

It will be fine as the warm waters of the Gulf Stream wil have warmed the waters during summer. The climate is the same as South Florida - subtropical, so October is a great month. October is the "season" in subtropical Palm Beach".

The water in Bermuda is fine in October. We have gone swimming at Elbow Beach in November. Enjoy.

I swim all year in Bermuda...........out blood is thick in the winter so even if the Bermudians think it's too cold to swim, it's fine for us New Englanders.

you bet you can swim in october. we took celebrity zenith there oct 11, 2003. great swimming. in fact one day the said 90 degrees, but it didn't feel like it.

The water is warm in October to us New Englanders! We've always enjoyed swimming in October while in Bermuda!
