Amersterdam - Hawaii Crossing

I would like a little insight from anybody who has done this leg. What is the crossing like for the 3 full days at sea. Lots to do? Are the waters rough? We've only ever done the Caribbean waters and and maybe 1/2 day in the Atlantic for rough waters. Although the Gulf of Mexico was our worst ever. Anyway, just planning for this Christmas and would like a little insight into the cruise. I see it's a themed Wine and Food cruise....that should be fun.
