Cable beach without day pass?

We would like to go to cable beach when coming on the Allure in Aug, is there any place to be left off by the jitney at Cable Beach that is public beach? Since we depart at 2pm, we don't want to get day passes since we will have only the morning on the beach....

Also, can you only get chair/umbrella rentals only from the resorts?..

You can get dropped off at the public beach, but there are NO amenities, and you won't be able to get onto the hotel beaches.

 

No chair / umbrellas, food, drinks, clean beaches or restrooms without a day pass/

 

Junkanoo beach (not cable beach) has all of the above.

Just need clarification.... So there's a place to rent chairs, use restrooms at Junkanoo public beach? I read somewhere on these boards about a Tiki Bar that was recommended. Do they have tables/chairs? thanks for any info
