Blue Grotto Visit - Malta vs. Capri

We will be visiting Capri on 6/11 and Malta on 6/12 off Celebrity Silhouette. Any thoughts on whether we should try to visit the blue grottoes in each location and, if not, which one would you pick?

We have only been to the Blue Grotto in Malta. It was fantastic and we are so glad we went!! It's about a 20 minute ride from the port. We went there first thing to avoid the crowds and it worked perfectly. We had hired a cab (done right at the port) for a few hours. It was a wonderful day. Enjoy!
