Hobbiton from Auckland options

Celebrity offers a tour to Hobbiton from Aukland next year during our port stay but I am trying to find private options. Has anyone done this and have recommendations?

We did a combo tour that included the Glow Worm caves as well as Hobbiton. It was a great tour, but rather long (we were in the city for a few days so getting back by a specific time wasn't an issue for us). Due to the distance from Auckland to Hobbiton, I think they only offer the Hobbiton only tours out of Rotorua though.

 

If you want to check them out, the company was Great Sights. We actually did two different tours with them while we were there, and enjoyed both.
