MA cruisers Posted March 27, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 27, 2014 I was wondering how soon in advance I can plug in my My Time Dining times on the precruise planner? We are sailing in October. Thank you in advance.
ck53 Posted March 27, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2014 Not sure, but we did ours 3 months out. I think you might be too far to reserve yet.

tweety33 Posted March 27, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 27, 2014 I don't know, but I do suggest doing it as soon as possible. We boarded Serenade a week ago and tried to book a 6pm dining that night and was told the earliest we could be seated the entire week was 8:15pm. I don't call that my time dining. Couldn't you just show up at 6? I have reserved times some nights and just shown up others and I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. They only take a certain number of reservations for specific times to accommodate the walk ins.

tweety33 Posted March 28, 2014 #8 Share Posted March 28, 2014 Couldn't you just show up at 6? I have reserved times some nights and just shown up others and I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. They only take a certain number of reservations for specific times to accommodate the walk ins. I asked that, They told us if we showed up at 5:30 or 6:00 there would be no seats because it was a full ship (they all are) and everything was reserved, and that the only way we could eat early was to switch to regular dining at early seating, which we did. But could not have a table for 2 it would be the same 6 people every night. No one else ever showed up to our table for 6. I told them we signed up for my time dining, but technically it did not exist for us, they really didn't care. Had a great cruise just the same.
