Liberty question

So I think we are ready to go ahead and book the Liberty for our next cruise and I need some cabin advice. We prefer a balcony cabin, port side and in the middle of the ship. I see that on some of the reviews the upper deck has noise factors, because of the location of some of the bars and casino. So if we move up a deck to the Empress what would be a good choice of balcony cabin? The people in our cruising party are not late night people so we do have the tendency to retire to our cabins early. Thanks for any suggestions.

The deck just below the Lido and located near the central elevators should be ok IF you line up your desired with the stairs. We did this on another ship and had no noise. On the other had deck 7 is between passengeer cabins and this is preferred for most passengers for a quiet room.

Liberty has great reviews! Have fun!

I was on the Liberty last Sept in a balcony cabin on Empress level. The floor is prefect as a past poster said, you are only a few floors from everything. I was on the starboard side, cabin #7365. The only issue I had was there was a service door right across the hall from my door and early, maybe starting at 6 am, there would be room stewards rolling carts in and out. It was a bit noisy, but I am a light sleeper to start with. If you are the same you might want to pick a cabin with another cabin direct across just to be safe.

I did a lot of research before upgrading our Liberty cabin. We liked Empress in the past, but decided to take a free upgrade to the Panorama deck, based upon reviews here (deck 10). We will be there in June :)
