Zuiderdam - August 2004

Any FOD's planning on an Eastern or Wetern Zuiderdam cruise this August? Cheers

Hi, RD - Not in August, but my partner and I are going on the Zuiderdam to the Western Caribbean in two weeks, 5/29. We'd be happy to share our thoughts when we're back. We're loyal Celebrity cruisers, although we've also been on Princess, Royal Caribbean and NCL. This will be our first time on HAL and we've heard many good things about the service, the ship and the food. We know that many HAL loyalists think the Zuiderdam is the least "HAL-like" ship in the fleet, in that its decoration is brighter and a little younger in orientation, but we hope that will be a good introduction to their product and perhaps closer to what we're used to on Celebrity.

My partner and I are on the 8/21 Western. We were also on the Zuiderdam in March and enjoyed it very much.
