I Have Not Walked It But It Looks Like It Is About The Same Distance As From The Dock To The Royal Palace. I Did Walk That And It Was About 10-15 Minutes. It Ishould Be An Easy Walk Since The Cathedral Is Right On The Same Street As The Palace.

Yes, it's about a 15 minute walk. Nice walk too!

The walk up Karl Johans Gate doesn't take long and there are lots of things to see along the way: Domkirke, Parliament, Oslo University, Studenterlunden (a really nice park), Grand Hotel, and National Theatre. We started at Central Station (at the end of the street) after visiting Vigeland and then took a leisurely stroll up the street to the Palace. We then walked back to the harbor to see City Hall and Aker Brygge.
