Rental Car Drop @ Port of Miami

Does any one know which rental car companies have a drop off right at the port? Or a hotel drop off near the port with shuttle to the port? Any info helpful Thanks!

All the ones I looked into had drop off at the AP with a free shuttle to the port.

NONE have a drop off right at the port.

 

As the poster above pointed out, some will shuttle you from the MIA airport location.

 

I know Hertz has a downtown Miami location. I don't know if they'll shuttle you from there, but if they don't it's only a $5 cab ride from there to the port.

I did call Avis yesterday and they said they no longer furnish shuttle service from their airport location to the crusie port. I understand that a taxi from the airport is about $25.00 can anyone confirm this?

A taxi between the Port of Miami and MIA is fixed at $21.

The downtown Miami Hertz location will shuttle you for free to and from the Port. When I got off the ship I was able to spot the Hertz van waiting to pick up passengers without even calling them.

Hertz also offers one way rentals from any neighborhood location which is always my method of transportation to the ship so I can avoid paying parking fees.
