Day beaches in San Juan

Which hotels allow cruise ship passengers to pay for day privileges at their pool and beach? We're looking at a cruise that goes to San Juan and I'm thinking about doing a beach day. Are there any that have casinos on property too? I read that Marriot sells passes but I was hoping to find an alternative.
