Having cruised with both at least half a dozen times, I think you will find they are very similar....tips are not included on P and O and there will be more than one formal night per week.... If you have any specific questions ask away!!!:)

But on a mini cruise probably only one:) Mini cruises are nothing like the really thing, much more of a party weekend than anything else!

I would agree with Brayman. The 2-nighters are fun but the standard of service etc is not as high as a full cruise imho. In the mdr for instance, the waiters don't get time to get to know you - nor do any of the other staff mind you.
